Dog Policy
We do ask that owners follow a few important guidelines when bringing their dog(s) to stay with us.
Dog stays are charged at £15 per dog, per night, with a maximum of two dogs per room. There are a few ground rules for planning a relaxing stay with your beloved pooch.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement due to only having a specific number of dog friendly rooms – We do recommend a suite if you are accompanied by a dog to give them that little bit of extra room to roam around.
Your dogs must be kept on a leash in our public areas.
Parents should pick up any “deposits” left by their pets.
Please make every effort to keep your dog from barking indoors to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. We reserve the right to ask you to kindly remove your dog for showing inappropriate behaviour, including excessive barking and biting. You will be responsible for all charges relating to the removal of your dog, e.g. kennel fees.
Parents will also be responsible for any deep-cleaning, repair or replacing of damaged facilities caused by your dog.
Please ensure that you remove any excess water/mud from your dog(s) after a walk before entering the hotel. Additional towels are available on request from our reception or housekeeping team.
Dogs are not permitted in our restaurant, spa area or directly around the pool.
Well behaved pooches are allowed to stay in the room if you do wish to dine in our restaurant or have a relaxing spa treatment.
If you do have any queries, please do contact the hotel on 01439 770766.
